January 2008: Marcus Katz becomes the first student in the world to receive a UK Masters Degree in Western Esotericism from the University of Exeter.

February 2008: The Far Away Centre runs its first bespoke Tarot Face-to-Face course.

March 2008: We announce the Transylvania Trip and the imminent opening of the Tarot Professionals site.

April 2008: Our first Thesmophoria Weekend Workshop - rituals in caves, hilltops, woods, stone circles and temple. Check this page for incredible photographs of real witchcraft in the Lake District!

May 2008: Marcus delivers his ongoing PhD thesis in Western Esotericism at the University of Kent, Canterbury.

June 2008: We travel to Transylvania to prepare trips and workshop activities for our annual overseas workshop event in October 2008.
